Medicare’s (CMS) scores for the Hospital Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) program have been released! The VBP program rewards hospitals for the quality of care they provide. Hospitals with higher performance in terms of quality and patient satisfaction receive a greater proportion of payment incentives through the VBP than lower performing hospitals.
