Abbeville General is pleased to announce its expanded Psychiatry Program, in an effort to meet the growing mental health needs in Vermilion Parish!
Christopher Guedry, M.D., is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine, and will see patients in the Erath/Delcambre Community Care Clinic 3 days per week. Appointments are being taken now for patients ages 18 or older. He will also work in the psychiatric programs at Abbeville General.
Michael Prejean Sr., M.D., has a Lifetime Certification in Addiction Medicine, and will see patients in the Behavioral Medicine Center.
Katie Porche, RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, will see patients in the Behavioral Medicine Center.
Melissa Guilbeau, APRN, with a Post Master’s Degree in Family Psychiatric and Mental Health, will see patients in the Behavioral Medicine Center.
